Care Worker Opportunity
Our organization is seeking a dedicated and compassionate care worker to provide support and assistance to residents in their daily lives. This role offers a chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others, promoting independence and improving quality of life.
As a Care Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with daily living activities such as showering, personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation
- Providing medication support and basic wound care
- Laundry and cleaning tasks
- Accompanying residents to community-based events and activities
Requirements
Applicants should possess a Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or Individual Support, or equivalent qualification. Previous experience in aged or community care is desirable, but we also welcome individuals passionate about starting their career in this field. If you don't currently hold a relevant qualification, we can assist you in obtaining one.
