About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Client Services Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will support a high-performing sales team by driving their sales administration and marketing function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with agents and vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Manage sales administration processes and compliance
  • Oversee styling appointments and ensure properties are ready for market
  • Coordinate marketing content including social media, photography, and print campaigns
  • Attend photoshoots, pre-settlement inspections, and marketing appointments
  • Manage open home and auction pack preparation
  • Assist with marketing and campaign performance tracking
  • Organise and manage client gifting to build strong relationships
  • Lead and support the Junior Administrator/Receptionist

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within real estate
  • Current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence in Real Estate
  • Proficient in Agentbox and Campaigntrack (or similar CRM and marketing platforms)
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • A team player with a high attention to detail
  • Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
