Job Title: Executive Assistant – Property and Real Estate Support

Location: Sydney CBD

Job Type: Full-time (Onsite, 5 days a week)

About the Role

This role combines executive assistance with property project coordination. It's an ideal opportunity for someone with an interest or background in real estate who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

You'll provide administrative support to senior executives, coordinate property development projects, and oversee construction updates. You'll also supervise property managers, ensure timely property management processes, and handle various aspects of our residential property portfolio.

Responsibilities
  • Provide executive support to senior executives, including diary and task management
  • Coordinate duplex development projects and oversee construction updates
  • Supervise property managers and ensure timely property management processes
  • Assist in handling utility bills, project updates, and payment tracking for developments
  • Monitor bank account balances related to properties and assist with monthly reconciliations
  • Support brokers with loan applications, refinancing, and related documentation
  • Liaise with mortgage brokers and bankers to ensure smooth settlement processes
  • Oversee post-settlement tasks such as key handovers, listings, and rental arrangements
  • Assist with general administration, including property and director-related tasks
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must be fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin
  • Previous experience in property administration or real estate support is preferred
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
  • BASIC UNDERSTANDING OF FINANCIAL REPORTS OR RECONCILIATIONS IS AN ADVANTAGE
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
  • Interest in property development and the real estate industry
