The RoleYou'll be our Recruitment Partner, reporting directly to the Managing Director and working alongside a collaborative team of HR professionals. You'll take ownership of the recruitment function, working closely with clients and candidates to match top talent with exciting opportunities.
- You'll lead end-to-end recruitment campaigns, with senior support for executive placements, while maximising talent attraction strategies and managing the candidate pipeline to ensure an outstanding experience for everyone involved.
- As our ideal candidate, you'll have 2-5 years' experience in a recruitment/talent acquisition role, with a genuine passion for the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- You'll be naturally fast, productive, and effective, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer and candidate experiences.
- Solid administration processes with exceptional attention to detail in creating high-quality recruitment documents are essential.
- Proficiency with recruitment databases, pipelining, and candidate sourcing/attraction tools is also required.
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities and time management skills will see you succeed in this role.
- A creative approach to designing campaigns that attract perfect talent matches is what sets our ideal candidate apart.
