Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment plans, aligned with business objectives
  • Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring timely and efficient candidate selection
  • Collaborate with clients to build positive candidate experiences, driving long-term business relationships
  • Continuously improve our recruitment processes and templates, ensuring best-practice approaches

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years' experience in a recruitment/talent acquisition role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
  • Genuine passion for the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement
  • Naturally fast, productive, and effective worker, with outstanding problem-solving abilities and time management skills
  • Proficiency with recruitment databases, pipelining, and candidate sourcing/attraction tools
