Job Title: Technical Performance and Capacity Analyst
">About the Role:
">- The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring IT systems, analysing performance data to identify bottlenecks, and creating reports to identify areas of improvement.
- They will work with multiple departments to optimise systems and meet needs, having strong knowledge of IT systems, expertise in data analysis, problem-solving, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Monitor IT systems and applications, analyse performance data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, and create and maintain performance dashboards and reports.
- Assess current and future capacity needs, develop and maintain capacity plans to ensure adequate resources, and implement strategies to optimise resource usage and prevent over-provisioning.
- Optimise systems and applications, collaborate with development teams to implement performance improvements, and perform root cause analysis of performance issues to provide solutions.
Capabilities and Key Accountabilities:
">- Managing system performance, capacity, and compliance through regular risk assessments, audits, and mitigation.
- Identifying and implementing opportunities for improving performance and capacity management, staying updated on best practices and trends, and enhancing system efficiency.
- Collaborating with teams to resolve performance incidents, participating in post-incident reviews to enhance future performance, and implementing performance monitoring tools.

- Proven experience in performance analysis, capacity planning, and system optimisation is essential.
- Certification in ITIL or project management is highly sought after.
- Contemporary knowledge of Agile and waterfall project management methodologies is necessary.
