We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Officer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Director and Manager of Product Services in overseeing a large program of work. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and drive strategic objectives.

  • Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant reporting and financial documentation for the Product Team.
  • Maintain and manage a schedule of work across the program portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external government agencies, and clients to ensure alignment with governance and strategic objectives.
  • Utilise systems such as JIRA, Microsoft Office, Copilot, and Power BI to support operations and provide high-level reporting.
  • Develop and implement reporting frameworks and performance tracking tools against objectives and KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain effective and productive working relationships across the organisation.
  • Work independently to manage tasks and deliverables within required timeframes.
  • Support transformation and cultural change initiatives by modelling organisational values.

  • High level of communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships across diverse teams.
  • Experience in program governance, reporting, and financial oversight.
  • Proficiency in relevant systems and tools including Office 365, JIRA, and document management systems and protocols.
  • Qualification in program or project management or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in diverse, fast-paced, and dynamic environments.
  • Knowledge of financial and reporting systems and processes.
