Job Title: Corporate Communications Specialist

As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of strategic internal communications initiatives that inspire and engage our workforce. You will leverage your expertise in internal communications to develop and execute an organisation-wide content calendar and communication plans and channels that align with our Employee Value Proposition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert internal communications advice and counsel regarding the rollout of key strategic initiatives and programs of work.
  • Develop and execute an organisation-wide content calendar and communication plans and channels that inspire and engage our workforce.
  • Review and analyse our enterprise-wide internal communication channels to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Drive the organic content strategy for LinkedIn, aligned to our business objectives and content pillars.

Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in communications, public relations or related discipline
  • At least seven years' experience working in an internal communications role
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences across multiple channels
  • Strategic mindset, creative flair and strong attention to detail
