We are seeking an experienced specialist to drive the implementation and optimization experience for customers who have purchased our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of all our systems, with a primary focus on payroll and rostering, time & attendance.
  • Configure our solutions in accordance with client specifications, and in line with our timelines, standards and procedures.
  • Manage client projects, including the development, configuration, client liaising and stakeholder management, in a way that meets client deadlines.
  • Engage in research activity associated with the design and development of online learning solutions, including the identification of potential enhancements to functionality and capability.
  • Ensure the quality production and output of our HR, payroll and RTA solutions in adherence to all published quality control standards and procedures.
  • Maintain all records associated with the design, development, and implementation of our solutions.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients' contacts.
  • Document, and maintain the currency of the documentation of the capabilities of our solution, both for internal and external use.
  • Troubleshoot systems-related issues for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Log and maintain records of all system-related troubleshooting (technical queries, user errors).
