We're seeking a skilled Facilities Professional to join our team as a Property Manager.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the effective management of our property portfolio, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and operated in a safe and efficient manner. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality service to our clients, while also identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

  • You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our properties, including managing budgets, supervising maintenance staff, and coordinating with contractors and vendors.
  • Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that our properties are maintained to the highest standard, and that all necessary repairs and upgrades are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing multiple properties and projects
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of financial systems and budgeting principles
