What You'll Be Doing

• Lead residential lease management with precision and care
• Oversee property transitions – moves, changes, exits – with seamless execution
• Drive capital works projects from concept to completion
• Solve facilities challenges with agility and insight
• Support long-term property strategy and network planning
• Build strong supplier relationships and manage contracts with transparency
• Own the budgeting process and ensure performance aligns with financial goals
• Ensure compliance with legislation and internal standards
• Recommend and implement improvements to property practices and policies

What You Bring

• Tertiary qualification in Real Estate, Property, or related field
• 5–7 years of property management experience (residential preferred)
• Full, unrestricted driver's licence
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to work independently across multiple locations
