Job Overview

A cost management professional is required to perform quantity surveying tasks on a team.

Responsibilities include pre-contract cost planning, bills of quantities production, and post-contract interim recommendations.

Engagement in technical due diligence on proposed developments is also expected.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform quantity surveying tasks at all project stages.
  • Provide recommendations and variation account valuation.
  • Conduct technical due diligence.

Requirements
  • Relevant experience in a professional environment.
  • Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management.
  • Knowledge of ARM and BOQs preparation.
  • Previous experience in consulting or contracting environments desirable.
  • Understanding of construction projects.
  • Excellent numeracy, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and under own initiative.
  • Full driving license with occasional travel to client sites.
