Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the growth of our investment solutions. As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities across the for-purpose sector and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales plans to meet annual revenue targets, leveraging internal and external stakeholder engagement to drive success.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of high-potential opportunities, ensuring steady growth in funds under management.
- Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Experience: 5-10 years of sales and relationship management experience in Financial Services, preferably in a similar role.
- Skill Set: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the for-purpose sector's investment program evaluation process.
- Leadership: Proven experience supporting senior management in a distribution environment, driving business growth and improvement.
