Job Opportunity: Sterilising Attendant - Theatre Sterilising Unit

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Sterilising Attendant to join our team in the Theatre Sterilising Unit. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be responsible for performing sterilisation services, decontaminating equipment and supplies, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To cover all duties of sterilisation services employees at the appropriate level associated with the operations of the Theatre Sterilising Department (TSU).
  • Able to perform role with limited supervision.
  • Ability to work individually or as part of the team.

Requirements:

To be eligible for this position, you must possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • AQF Certificate III relevant to employee's position.
  • At least 560 hours satisfactory in service experience.
