Job Summary:
We are seeking a Patient Care Specialist to join our team in the Emergency Department. As a key member of our patient care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our clinical staff.
- Clean and maintain patient areas to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
- Assist with patient flow in the Emergency Department to optimize timely patient movement
- Perform various indirect care tasks, including fetching and carrying equipment and assisting with patient transportation
- Contribute to process improvements and individual work practices to enhance quality of care
