You'll work alongside a collaborative team of physicians, advanced practitioners, registered nurses, and certified nursing assistants to deliver high-quality patient care.
In this role, you'll utilize your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serve as a patient-care innovator, shaping exceptional patient journeys every day.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional patient care in our Medical Surgical Unit.
- Assess patient needs and develop personalized plans of care.
- Administer treatments and medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Requirements:
- A valid RN license in NC or a compact state.
- AHA Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
- AHA ACLS certification within twelve months of hire.
- One year of experience preferred.
