Customer Service Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly valued Customer Service Specialist to provide support and serve the local community as the first point of contact for customers and their retail banking needs.

This is a part-time position working 22.5 hours per week. Key responsibilities include:

  • Helping customers achieve their financial goals through great value savings, insurance, and personal lending products
  • Delivering sales and lending results by providing exceptional customer service and meeting customer needs
  • Supporting the purpose of helping every Australian own their own home by providing valuable information and assistance
