We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Financial Services Officer. The successful candidate will provide administrative and customer service support to our team, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued clients.

About the Role
  • The Financial Services Officer will be responsible for assisting finance brokers with client enquiries, supporting documentation, and loan settlement tasks.

Your duties will include:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Providing exceptional customer service and responding to client queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Supporting the broader finance team with administrative tasks and special projects as required
About You
  • You will have a strong work ethic, previous experience in an administration or clerical role, and Australian working rights or be a permanent resident.
  • Prior finance/bank experience is preferred but not essential.
  • You will possess strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
  • You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy are also essential.
  • A current Police Check is required, which can be obtained pre-start date.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn new financial software systems quickly are necessary.
