Quality Assurance Lead
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance professional to join our Software Engineering team on the Gold Coast, Australia.
About the Role
- Develop and implement test strategies and plans to ensure high-quality software releases.
- Manage testing information systems and governance across squads and agile teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize testing activities and deliverables.
- Lead and manage a team of testers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of testing services.
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications in Software Engineering/Development, QA/Test Management or other appropriate field.
- Minimum 4 years experience in a QA role at Lead or Senior level.
- Strong technical skills, including functional and non-functional testing, manual and automation testing.
- Proven track record of implementing test automation solutions.
