Job Title: Project Coordinator Expert

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting assigned clinical customer projects, project managers, and associate project managers to ensure that project goals and objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame, budget, and in accordance with customer expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support Clinical Customer Projects: Collaborate with project managers and associate project managers to ensure timely completion of project tasks and delivery of high-quality results.
  • Manage Project Activities: Diligently manage significant matters pertaining to assigned project activities, providing proactive solutions to drive project success.
  • Internal Communication: Provide continuous support to director, senior manager, project manager, associate project manager, and team members as the daily point of contact for internal problem-solving and troubleshooting.
  • Documentation and Records: Complete set tasks relating to project-specific documentation in line with the approved project proposal, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Process Management: Manage internal processes to ensure timely completion and expediting of project tasks, adhering to quality standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal groups, including quality, warehouse, production/labelling, and project managers, to achieve project milestones.
  • Data Tracking and Analysis: Create tracking tools to provide visibility on completion of key documents linked to project management activities and record data for project-specific metrics.
  • Invoice Processing and Roadblock Resolution: Assist in monthly invoice processing and consult with project managers and PCI internal departments to resolve roadblocks encountered in core activities and responsibilities.
  • Accountability and Improvement Opportunities: Be accountable for assigned project tasks using appropriate project planning tools and support project managers on improvement opportunities and strategic initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1-3 years related experience or training.
  • Mathematical and Computer Skills: Basic mathematical skills and intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in various computer programs.
  • Linguistic and Reasoning Abilities: Minimum professional proficiency in language and reasoning skills, with the ability to apply common sense understanding to instructions and deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team, display excellent time management skills, willingness to make decisions, adapt to changing work environments, and exhibit professionalism, ethics, quality of work, communication, and responsiveness at all times.
