Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Solutions Specialist

This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with business teams on system performance, resolving escalated support requests, and aligning solutions with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elevate cloud infrastructure support issues from the helpdesk.
  • Assist in building, maintaining, and testing disaster recovery/business continuity systems and procedures.
  • Create and update system and end-user documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with and enhance information security management system controls for cloud environments.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Expertise in infrastructure as a service/platform as a service (IaaS/PaaS) and infrastructure as code (Terraform preferred).
  • Foundational network knowledge, experience with application performance/security monitoring.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Postgres, Elasticsearch, and volume performance.
  • Experience working in high-compliance environments (ISO27001, SOC2 Type 2, security frameworks).
