Occupational Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Ability Action Australia. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality services to our clients in a community setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of clients and provide therapeutic services
  • Conduct assessments to identify participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical levels of function and capacity
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each participant's needs
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and support
  • Recommend adaptations to the environment to promote independence
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality services
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
