Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in a part-time or full-time capacity. As an Occupational Therapist with Ability Action Australia, you will have the opportunity to work in a community-based setting, providing therapeutic services to individuals with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
  • Assess participants' functional levels and develop tailored treatment plans
  • Provide support and advice on adaptations to the environment
  • Recommend Assistive Technology to promote independence
  • Maintain awareness of current legislation and ensure compliance
Requirements
  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proactive attitude and motivation to improve and learn
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
