Recovery-focused rehabilitation services are expanding in a state-of-the-art 24-bed facility. As a member of the multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in supporting consumers on their path to independence and social inclusion.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing non-clinical support, working closely with clinical and community services to ensure each consumer's needs are met. Your expertise will focus on assisting individuals to regain independence, achieve rehabilitation goals, and promote overall well-being.

About You
  • Qualifications & Experience: A Certificate IV in Mental Health (Non-Clinical) or current enrollment in an undergraduate course in a relevant health discipline.
  • Skills & Abilities: Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proven ability to provide support in individual and group settings.
  • Knowledge & Understanding: Strong understanding of mental health principles, relevant legislation, and national mental health reform initiatives.
