Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the national roadmap for OT & Cybersecurity, aligned with market trends and company objectives.
- Commercial Management: Oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to drive profitability and mitigate risk.
- Client Engagement: Foster trusted relationships, support technical solution design, and represent our organization across industry forums.
- Team Development: Mentor and support multidisciplinary teams across engineering, cybersecurity, and project delivery.
- Innovation & Technology: Identify emerging technologies and trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Compliance & Safety: Champion cybersecurity frameworks and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years' experience in leading OT, industrial automation, or cybersecurity.
- Proven senior leadership experience in complex industrial environments.
