The Program Manager is responsible for leading Operational Technology projects across various energy generation sites and corporate systems. This role requires collaboration with engineering, IT, and site operations teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity standards.

  • Develop and execute operational technology strategies that drive business value and meet organizational objectives.">
  • Manage stakeholder engagement across technical, operational, and executive levels to ensure successful project outcomes.">
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of operational technology programs across multiple energy generation sites.">
  • Ensure projects meet safety, quality, budget, and timeline expectations.">
  • Coordinate site travel and on-ground project activities with minimal disruption to operations.">
  • Drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation across operational technology systems and processes.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Proven experience managing complex operational technology or industrial control system programs in asset-intensive industries (e.g., energy, utilities, mining, or heavy industry).">
  • Strong understanding of SCADA, PLCs, telemetry, and cybersecurity in operational environments.">
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.">
  • Experience working in government-owned or regulated environments is highly desirable.">
  • Willingness to travel to regional sites as required.">
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs.">
  • Relevant qualifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and/or asset management.">
