We are seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to join our team at the Suburban Rail Loop Authority.
About the Opportunity:This is an exciting opportunity to lead the commercial management of a major infrastructure project in Melbourne, Victoria.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive the commercial success of the project by ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and procurement policies.
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies in partnership with the Central Procurement team.
- Manage budgets and expenditures to ensure timely delivery of the project.
- Lead and motivate a team of commercial professionals to achieve project goals.
- Bachelor degree in Law, Commerce, Accounting, Quantity Surveying, Business or related field.
- Relevant experience in commercial management on major civil projects.
- Advanced skills in contract administration, project management, and risk assessment.
- Ability to lead and manage teams, delegate tasks, and hold team members accountable.
