Opportunity Overview
We're seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our Opal Fibre Packaging business. This role involves managing existing customer accounts and developing new business opportunities in the Australian market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic individual accounts, building strong relationships with various stakeholders within the customer organization.
- Generate leads and analyze each opportunity based on customer needs and Opal Fibre Packaging capabilities.
- Understand critical customer needs and develop individual client value propositions.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure customers' expectations are met.
Requirements
- Sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience in the Australian and/or Global fibre packaging or distribution industries is desirable.
- Well-developed sales hunter experience with a good track record of bringing in new business opportunities.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- A proven track record of delivering results and ensuring key objectives are met.
- A collaborative approach to foster strong working relationships across internal teams.
