We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our Opal Fibre Packaging Australia team. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customer accounts and focusing on new business development in the Australian and global fibre packaging and distribution industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage strategic individual accounts, building strong relationships with various stakeholders within the customer
  • Generate leads and analyze each opportunity based on alignment of customer needs with Opal Fibre Packaging capabilities and strategy, as well as an assessment of opportunity value to determine account prioritization
  • Understand critical customer needs and develop and implement individual client value propositions, such as pricing, flexibility, service, and uniqueness of product
  • Work cross-functionally within the business and coordinate technical support, value engineering, quotes, and samples to ensure customers' expectations are managed
Requirements:
  • Sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Previous experience in the Australian and/or global fibre packaging or distribution industries is desirable
  • Well-developed sales hunter experience with a good track record of bringing in new business opportunities
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • A proven track record of delivering results and ensuring key objectives are met
  • A collaborative approach that will foster strong working relationships across internal teams to deliver the best result for the customer
