We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Leader to join our team at 4WD Supacentre. As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for leading the team to meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

About the Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Providing coaching and mentoring to sales team members to improve their performance
  • Managing day-to-day sales operations, including sales forecasting and reporting

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies
