Page Executive is a leading financial services and real estate developer based in Melbourne. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing critical support to our development team by conducting in-depth financial and commercial analysis across land subdivision projects and other asset classes.

Job Description

The Senior Property Analyst will report into the CFO and be responsible for reviewing funding tables, managing relationships with key stakeholders, implementing consolidation tools, and optimising cash flow management. The role will also support capital raising efforts by assisting with modelling, structuring and preparing information packs for debt and equity relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing insightful analysis to inform property investment strategies.
  • Assisting in the creation of financial models to evaluate potential investments.
  • Collaborating with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure accurate results.
  • Identifying areas of risk and opportunity within the development portfolio.
  • Contributing to the development of strategic plans.
  • Keeping up to date with market trends.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have strong Estate Master and Excel skillset, detailed feasibility experience, debt modelling (construction and balance land facilities) and equity rolling. In addition to this, you will have strong valuation and financial modelling skillsets, excellent report writing skills, and strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivation, the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines are also essential for this role.
