Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across battery and inverter systems, commissioning, firmware updates, and grid compliance.
  • Support system installation and commissioning (remotely), ensuring designs and installs meet Australian standards.
  • Develop and refine processes – from crafting clear SOPs to contributing to automation and self-service tools.
  • Create customer resources like FAQs and guides, and help train installers on best practices.
Requirements:
  • 2–5 years in a technical support, customer success, IT, telco, or engineering role.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills – with bonus points if you've worked with solar, batteries, or electrical systems.
  • Excellent energy, empathy, and people skills – you're as comfortable with customers as you are with technical detail.
  • Experience documenting processes, building SOPs, and suggesting improvements.
