Job Description

We are seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to join our team.

This is a critical role that requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, conducting cycle counts, and maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in stock management, preferably in a retail environment. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively with the store team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts
  • Maintain accurate records of stock movements and levels
  • Collaborate with the store team to ensure efficient stockroom operations
  • Identify and address any discrepancies or issues with inventory
  • Implement processes to improve stockroom efficiency and reduce waste
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of stock management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends
