The Stock Room Specialist at Sydney Brand Centre supports the Stockroom Manager in all stockroom operational needs and aims to deliver a premium stockroom model for our store team.

Our Sydney Brand Centre showcases an elevated store concept and is the pinnacle of adidas retail experiences, focusing on premium sales & customer service, people, training & product knowledge, operations, visual merchandising & activation.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting day-to-day stockroom operations with logistics, inventory management, and stock-to-floor service to provide a premium consumer experience
  • Supporting store management by providing feedback on resources needed to achieve all stockroom operational goals and maintain a premium stockroom model
  • Representing the adidas brand and values in an inspiring way
  • Ensuring compliance with global retail operational directives, processes, policies, and standards within the back of house
  • Maximizing resource allocation to drive profitability and efficiency
  • Coordinating receiving and stock prep for deliveries, collaborating with the back-of-house team
  • Maintaining inventory integrity through correct stock procedures and weekly cycle counts
  • Transferring stock accurately and efficiently according to requirements
  • Providing customers with outstanding service while meeting commercial goals

Experience in the Following Will Be Highly Regarded:

  • Retail team leadership in men's/women's apparel or sports footwear
  • Stockroom procedures
