Mining Operations Coordinator
Description:
Our team is seeking an experienced Mining Operations Coordinator to join our Remote Operations Centre (ROC) in Brisbane. This 7on/7off rotating day night roster position is a 12-month max term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control mining operations using advanced technology and remote systems from the ROC facility.
- Manage and optimise truck fleet performance to support safety, production, and cost outcomes.
- Analyse real-time data and implement operational adjustments to maximise efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve operational issues and improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Experience with Fleet Management and/or Autonomous Haulage Systems.
- Proficiency in using Caterpillar MINESTAR or Modular Mining Systems DISPATCH is a significant advantage.
- Proven experience in mining operations, preferably in a remote operations centre or similar environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
