Job Summary

This role involves assessing complaints and notifications, identifying key issues, determining risk and priority, and conducting comprehensive assessments.

The successful candidate will also establish relationships with internal stakeholders, promote seamless service delivery, and contribute to the development of complaint handling business processes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Triage complaints and notifications to identify and articulate key issues, determine risk, priority, and necessary assessment activities.
  • Issue statutory notices to obtain information for decision-making and maintain case file records.
  • Establish relationships with internal stakeholders to promote quality outcomes and work within organisational values and priorities.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of complaint handling business processes and resources.
  • Participate in quality assurance reviews and perform other activities as directed.
