Job Description:

We're looking for a Manager, Alliances to help expand the use of Orgvue with our Strategic Partners. This role involves developing tailored Joint Value propositions with individual partners, working closely with extended partner teams, and identifying opportunities to embed, enhance and grow Orgvue usage further.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling value propositions to expand the use of Orgvue within a specific partner
  • Build core partner proposition(s) in coordination with Partner Solutions and Partner Success teams
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the partner ecosystem

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business transformation, management or technology consulting, human capital, talent, or OD consulting space
  • Extensive knowledge of organization design, organizational effectiveness, organizational health and the competitive landscape
  • Experience delivering large-scale organizational design, transformation, or technology projects
