About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key position within our organisation. The successful candidate will serve as an operational expert in their assigned therapeutic area and be responsible for developing strategies to support new business proposals.

Key responsibilities will include creating and optimising innovative delivery strategies and solutions, working with experts to differentiate us from competitors, and actively supporting long-term business growth through collaboration with functional area heads and external stakeholders.

The role also involves engaging and coordinating operations area lead team members to align with the global operational strategy, developing relevant training materials, and managing project budgets.

Awarded projects will require the candidate to act as Emerald Clinical's project champion, guiding and mentoring project leads through comprehensive handovers and defining project teams.

  • Develop effective delivery strategies and solutions for all projects within the assigned area of expertise
  • Create compelling content to effectively convey project strategy and critical win themes
  • Presentation skills are required for customer meetings including bid defence and partnership meetings
