At the forefront of clinical trials, we seek a visionary leader to drive our Clinical Trials Unit forward. The purpose of this role is to design, strategically lead and sustain a state-wide mental health research service within a complex healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop and implement clinical trials strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Lead a multi-disciplinary research team, fostering collaboration and expertise across the unit.
- Develop and maintain strong networks with senior stakeholders, academia, government, and international institutions to facilitate effective research project execution and outcome delivery.
- Drive independent professional judgement in design, analysis and reporting of clinical trials research projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Expert knowledge in clinical trials methodology, research ethics and governance, and conduct in clinical and health service settings.
- Relevant postgraduate qualification and experience in clinical trials and managing large research programs.
