The Opportunity

As a senior clinical research leader, you will oversee the strategic planning and execution of clinical trials to deliver high-quality outcomes. You will be responsible for guiding a team of professionals to ensure that every trial meets the highest standards of quality and compliance.

About You
  • A degree in health science or bio-medicine is required, with extensive relevant experience, or an equivalent blend of education and training.
  • You must have hands-on experience in clinical trial coordination or clinical research, with a strong understanding of what it takes to keep trials running smoothly.
  • Proven expertise in ethics and regulatory affairs, including confidence in navigating complex frameworks.
  • A thorough understanding of clinical research practices, including contractual and ethical obligations, ICH-GCP, and all relevant regulations.
  • Strong digital skills, with the ability to manage databases, clinical trial systems, and confidently use word processing and spreadsheets.
  • A clear understanding of privacy principles and the importance of protecting health information.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
