Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Governance & Strategic Planning Partner to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria. As a key member of our Program Management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects and programs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate enterprise-wide cadences and work submissions to ensure stakeholder engagement and effective prioritization.
  • Develop and maintain project governance standards and frameworks to promote consistent planning and delivery performance.
  • Prepare executive-level reports on program management metrics and trends.
  • Maintain prioritized project pipeline views for major technology systems.
  • Design and deliver training materials to support the adoption of new processes and methodologies.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in E/PMO or direct involvement in Enterprise Strategic Planning & Support.
  • Applied knowledge of Project, Program, and Portfolio governance frameworks and delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.).
  • Degree in Business, Risk, IT, or related discipline or equivalent demonstrated experience in project delivery or governance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex systems and relationships.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and build relationships.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and Project.
  • Project Management certification (e.g., Prince2, PMI, or P30) is highly desirable.
