Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Roster Coordinator to provide scheduling services to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will efficiently manage and administer client and staff schedules, ensuring rounds are set up with consideration to consistency, efficiency and fairness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and administer client and staff schedules
  • Ensure rounds are set up with consideration to consistency, efficiency and fairness
  • Actively participate as a member of the centralised support team
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience and/or qualifications in customer service, scheduling/rostering, data analytics or call centre
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role with a high level of attention to detail
  • Natural problem solver with outstanding communication and coordination skills
