Job Overview

The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, grid operations, and outage management procedures, as well as proficiency in project scheduling tools and outage tracking software.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and deliver outage plans that align with project objectives and ensure clarity, safety, and efficiency.
  2. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver outage scopes safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
  3. Lead the execution of outages, ensuring all activities are performed safely, efficiently, and within the scheduled window.
  4. Provide on-site leadership during outages, including real-time decision-making and issue resolution.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in outage coordination or construction project management within the power or utilities sector.
Strong comprehension of electrical systems, grid operations, and outage management procedures.
Proficiency in project scheduling tools and outage tracking software.
