Senior Asset Strategist

We're seeking a strategic business planner to join our team. As Principal Business Planner, you will develop and maintain the Life of Operation Plan (LoOP) for assigned operated assets.
Key Responsibilities- Guide the complete Life of Operation Plan development for key assets
- Apply expertise in cost modelling, scenario planning, and capital allocation to help shape resources flow across operations
- Collaborate to align diverse stakeholder priorities across the organisation and present strategic insights to executive and operational stakeholders
- Demonstrate keen business acumen and strategic insight
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at every organisational level
- Navigate complex planning systems and technical frameworks
- Lead multidisciplinary initiatives and maintain project momentum
- Relevant degree in mining/processing/industrial/etc engineering, accounting or business
- Second degree or postgraduate preferred (MBA, marketing or business)
- 26 weeks full-paid parental leave for primary carers
- Annual short-term incentive bonus that recognizes individual performance and overall success of the business
