As we continue to expand our services in building management, we are seeking experienced professionals to join our team. The role of Senior Building Services Consultant is based in Perth and requires domestic travel.

This position involves managing the day-to-day performance of a portfolio of assets, including energy management plans and utility performance monitoring. Our ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, including experience with HFM business offerings, building condition audits, life cycle planning, and energy efficiency assessments.

We require candidates with at least 5 years of experience working in the building services sector, preferably in a consulting or contracting environment. Strong knowledge of building life cycle, Australian Standards, and relevant codes of practice is essential. Additionally, our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and project management skills, as well as experience with computer maintenance management systems (CMMS).

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating assessments and audits of various facilities, conducting building condition and life cycle analysis, identifying opportunities for sustainable practices and cost-saving improvements, and providing facility management advisory services to clients.
