About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing the performance of a team of technicians/subcontractors and supporting client-facing activities.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Coordinating site set outs and updating program sequences
  • Procuring contractors/suppliers and liaising with them
  • Administering contracts and ensuring HSEQ compliance
  • Taking materials off when required and maintaining quality control
  • Preparing daily diary logs and notes, inspecting defects, and reporting on issues
  • Checking invoices and coding them when necessary

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a service or carpentry trade role
  • The ability to understand and interpret construction drawings
  • Excellent organisational, planning, and programming skills
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
  • An eye for detail and knowledge of OHS regulatory codes
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • A current White Card and relevant trade qualifications
  • A Police Check Clearance
