About the Role

You will be responsible for providing clerical services, including maintenance of electronic and hard copy health records, maintaining databases and information management systems, filing and photocopying, and ordering stationery. You will also communicate with internal and external customers to obtain patient information as required. The work you undertake will be in accordance with Defence Policies and Procedures, Medical-in-Confidence and Staff-in-Confidence standards.

About Richmond Health Centre

Richmond Health Centre is located at RAAF Base Richmond, the oldest Air Force base in NSW, 50 km north-west of Sydney. The facility provides primary medical, aviation medical, outpatient, dental, nursing, physiotherapy, mental health, and pharmaceutical services to Defence members. The base also operates a 24-hour inpatient ward, which closes over the weekend. Standard operating hours are generally 0730-1630 Mon-Thurs, and 0730-1400 Friday (depending on role requirements).

About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Health Clerk. You will have a minimum of 1 year full-time experience in an Administrative role (or part-time equivalent) and be able to work independently as well as part of a team to support the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality care to patients. You will also have the highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour.
