Key Role:

Drive scheduling excellence across large transformation portfolios by overseeing program-wide scheduling frameworks, standards, and methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain consistency in project scheduling practices.
  • Develop integrated Master Schedules for Core Capabilities Programs.
  • Manage dependencies across projects and programs to identify risks.
  • Implement accurate, efficient scheduling practices aligned with governance requirements.
  • Provide expert support to Delivery Managers and Project Managers.
  • Design technical processes and customized reporting to meet diverse stakeholder needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Master Scheduler or Program Scheduler in complex programs.
  • Strong background in building integrated program schedules across multiple workstreams.
  • Advanced knowledge of scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and portfolio management systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, collaboration with senior leaders and PMO teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address dynamic scheduling issues.
  • Ability to translate complex schedule data into meaningful insights.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to enterprise or government transformation programs.
