Quality Assurance Visionary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our quality assurance strategy. As the lead quality engineer, you will be instrumental in shaping our quality assurance framework and culture.

This role requires a visionary leader who can drive consensus around quality standards, methodologies, and practices that reflect current and future industry trends.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive quality assurance strategy that aligns with our ambitious business objectives and technological innovations.

  • Spearhead the development and implementation of a sophisticated testing framework that integrates both manual and automated testing methods.
  • Act as the primary quality assurance liaison among senior management, technology teams, and external partners.
  • Design and implement quality metrics and reporting systems that provide detailed insights into software development processes.
  • Build, lead, and nurture a high-performing team of Quality Engineers.

About You:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Agile certification such as CSM, CSPO, or SAFe Agilist (SA) is desired.
  • Minimum of 7 years in software quality assurance, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within the fintech or wealth management technology industry.
  • Proven track record as a QA/Test Lead or Test Manager within the fintech or wealth management sectors.
  • Advanced knowledge in establishing and maintaining automated testing frameworks using tools like Selenium.
  • Significant expertise with test management and reporting tools like Jira, Confluence, and Zephyr.
