
Customer Service and Administration Specialist

We are seeking an organised and proactive customer service and administration professional to enhance our operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, and exhibit strong administrative abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise and communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and employees across multiple sites.
- Maintain an efficient and friendly working environment.
- Improve and maintain our market position by ensuring timely completion of quotes and tenders.
- Utilise initiative to find solutions, prioritise tasks, and exercise discretion when necessary.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Sales experience and comprehensive written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong administration skills and attention to detail.
- High level of computer literacy including database management, Microsoft Outlook & Office, and internet.
- Solid decision-making skills and ability to work effectively alone and as part of a team.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
